The Linuxologist: An Interview with an Extremadura Developer: Bringing Linux to the Masses

    Great read, man. Really interesting interview. BTW, the site change looks great. Love the colors.

    Great interview if only more governments around the world would be as smart as the one in Extremadura.

    BTW this plan in the last question about SVG/HTML/JavaScript desktop and simplification of desktop design sounds exactly what Plasma in KDE 4 is already doing. Is Daniel Campos talking about Plasma here? If not he should definitely get in touch with Plasma developers so they could exchange experiences and maybe work together on some common standards and practices.

    @honestape: Thanks mate :)

    @Tsiolkovsky: I honestly don't know, I will forward this question to him, thanks for dropping by :)

    Atropos? Either you like Greek Mythology or you're a Piers Anthony fan....

    @honestape, actually it has more Linux into it. I used to go by the handle "apropos" Which is a command and an english word. But a typo made it "atropos", found out the meaning, liked it...adopted it :)

    Ah. Understood. I like both words, actually.

    Nice answers, Daniel. I understand now why networking components are not yet 64 bits ready. ;-)
